Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, we typically process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days, including weekends.

You will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping:

• Delivery time: 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch
• Available for all locations across India
• Fully trackable through Shiprocket's tracking system

Express Shipping:

• Delivery time: 2-4 business days from the date of dispatch
• Available for select locations (metro cities and major towns)
• Additional charges may apply

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any delays.

Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value. Check our current promotions for details.

All shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled by us or there is an error on our part.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time using:

• The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• Shiprocket's tracking portal
• The courier partner's website using your tracking number

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Include:

• Complete street address or house/building number
• Landmark (if applicable)
• City, State, and PIN code
• Contact phone number

Important: We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

If a delivery attempt fails due to reasons such as:

• Recipient not available at the address
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Refusal to accept the package
• Unreachable location

The courier partner will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you may be charged for return shipping, and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed only after we receive the returned package.

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our shipping services and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

While we take every precaution to ensure your order is packed securely, if you receive a damaged package:

• Do not accept the package if it appears damaged
• Take photos of the damaged package and contents
• Contact us immediately at thenailscanvasbykiwi@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide your order number and photos of the damage

For lost packages, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with Shiprocket and the courier partner and keep you updated. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either reship your order or provide a full refund.
