Refund and Exchanges

Our policies for returns, exchanges, and refunds

Return Policy

Under normal circumstances, we do not allow returns, exchanges or refunds except in special cases where the items are found damaged. For any return, exchange or refund an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel to thenailscanvasbykiwi@gmail.com. Failure to submit proper evidence in time will lead to rejection of the return, exchange or refund request.

Refunds, if applicable

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and refund.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a period of 15 days.

Exchanges, if applicable

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, provided the original invoice is kept intact and the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

To approve your exchange, write to us at thenailscanvasbykiwi@gmail.com with in 24 hours of delivery with appropriate images and an uncut, clear, 360 degrees unboxing video from the opening of the carton box to complete unboxing of the parcel. We reserve the right to reject your exchange request without any prior notice.

Once your exchange is approved we'll be emailing you with details of where to ship the parcel back to.
